5. Reports, moderation and enforcement

Owner to confirm: who reviews reports, how quickly, and how people can appeal a decision.

You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Account → Delete account. What is removed and what remains is explained in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, or when the beta ends.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The beta is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for content posted by users. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer-protection law that cannot be excluded.

Legal to confirm: the wording of this section under Mexican consumer law (Ley Federal de Protección al Consumidor) and for users in other countries.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will show the date of the latest version at the top and tell you about important changes in the app or by email. If you keep using Everaly after a change takes effect, you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law

Owner/legal to decide: governing law and jurisdiction (for example the laws of Mexico and the courts of a specific city), and the language that prevails if a Spanish version is published.
